I have 2 walking catfishes which grown quite big verry fast they killed my 5 other fishes ( snakehead, other native catfishes) and are attacking themselves and other tankmates too I don't have another tank big enough to seperate them they are 12-13 inches long and i have tried alot to stop aggression problem but after 4-5 days they again start fighting with each other and bully and damage other fishes. Other fishes are also big but they are still beating them real bad and even killing some of them and also tries to kill each other I have no idea what to do. As they grow big their aggression also increases greatly I have no clue what to do. Please help.

Actually koi and goldfish release a hormone in water called somatostatin, which controls their growth according to the tank size, hence they can be kept in aquariums. But keep so many fishes in a single tank is an absolute disaster.

The temperature in my city is 34-37⁰ celsius nowadays and I live in top floor of a building so sunlight directly falls into my roof and makes my room more hot so you can say temperature rises 5-6⁰ celsius in my room and my aquarium water gets heated and the fishes I have are Shubunkin , fantail goldfish ( coldwater fish). So can I put few dechlorinated ice cubes in my tank to make the fishes comfortable? 2. Can I add 1-2 drops of food colouring in my 24 litre tank to make the water blue and look attractive( my water is crystal clear but not blue so I got this idea)

Sir my oranda goldfishes died within a month even the water was crystal clear with no fishy smell. For 20-25 days they were cheerful but suddenly became inactive and died sitting at the corner. No clue about the reason. I lost 10 orandas within six months every time I bring then they die. Kindly help.
