May be you can think about to start Karate classes with help of your (Shihan) Karate teacher. Once a week in big near by cities like Ratnagiri, Sangameshwar, Chiplun or best way to make contract with some private schools so you can earn some money and then you can teach in public schools (Nagar parishad) as voluntary (free or very nominal fees) for village kids where you can find talents from Kokan. As you are made resolution for new year then at least start and see the response. Don't waste your 18 years of martial art study.
