WOW that's the 1st time I've heard of cacao beans from Samoa being used to produce the islands very own chocolate as being only known to be used in koko rice or chocolate cocoa ... what a very interesting take on the subject, I truly admire how you have thought outside the box & using an everyday island ingredient to showcase that Pacific Islands can also compete with even the best of the chocolate makers of the world. I'm a huge chocolate lover & I'm impressed with how entrepreneurial she is, thank you for sharing a passion that we can all relate to but not fully understand its origin. 👍
