What kind of exercises did you do to prepare. Saw the daily vlogs and you mentioned nothing could really prepare you for it but still @@TaradoesKokoda2023

I did a lot of hill walking/bush walking. I also did the gym 5-6 times a week. Classes at the gym included alot of cardio. The more step ups you can do the better your cardio will be. Also practice going down hill.. the jointing on the knees for like 3-4 hours at a time is intense.

Hi, That is exciting.. I booked through Adventure Professionals. Very well organised and a lot of military history - which I loved. Any questions feel free to message me.

Hi, watched all your videos and listened to Glenn's podcast which you spoke on. I'm doing the track in October will Adventure Professionals, Glenn is doing this one as well. I'm using a porter and was thinking about taking my own day pack so was interested in what size day pack you'd recommend, cheers.

Sorry for late reply. I would recommend between a 30L - 45L make sure you try it on and it’s comfy. Also if you could get one with a built in rain cover that helps as well. When are you going?
