For people lacking context, Kohara worked on a show together with another voice actor Ishigami Shizuka, where I believe Kohara's character was a love interest to Ishigami's character. After that Ishigami was referred to as her "husband" as an inside joke/nickname. So yeah, she's not actually married lol.
