I'm not on Twitch much, but I made a point to watch this episode live. And it was so worth it. Kola is so unbelievably funny. When he went on hiatus, the absolute LAST thing I expected to hear was that he's been day trading in tens of thousands of dollars on a daily basis. He announces he lost 61K and LAUGHS, and then goes "I'll have it back in a week." This guy is unreal. Kola is the hypest Smash Ultimate player to ever touch the game, he's incredibly charismatic, and he's ridiculously funny. He's the fan favorite player for a reason. I'm glad he's getting the break he needs, and I'm beyond excited for him to return to competing (and it was great to hear he's been bodying people in friendlies, lol)

Even calling it a bad habit is a lot better. Substance use is sooo much of a mindset thing more than anything and saying something like this i think is really irresponsible Like a lot of people who smoke weed constantly (myself included up until recently), say they smoke all the time bc "they dont feel like stopping" or whatever, but then when the chips are down and they need to stop for one reason or another, they STILL DONT thats an addiction. that's not "just ur silly little thing" drugs are not a personality trait lmao you really gotta be careful framing it like that
