Love thiisss ❤! Oia is only ( the most expensive) part of Santorini , I would recommend anyone visiting to go to Thira which is the main "city" of Santorini, and only a 20 -30 min bus drive from Oia. It's more of the locals and less touristic so it's a bit cheaper and with more markets, restaurants and shops.

I love it. I was just talking to my Brother about doing things alone and how you build up your confidence for the next time. Then when I'm with my friends/family, I can appreciate both more. Last trip to Miami was solo and I'd met the coolest people! And concerts are nothing for me to go alone. You'd be surprised how quickly the nerves wear off and you enjoy your own company.

I travel to Santorini a few times a year and off season has its pros and cons. Pros would be that it’s very inexpensive to travel there right now and has a lot less tourists. Cons would be most days are very windy and cold so it’s hard when you’re trying to look cute so best leave the hair extensions and the full on make up home. I made that mistake my first time there 😅. People also need to realise majority of the establishments are closed as this is the time they do renovations so don’t expect clubs and cliffside restaurants to be open. But girl you pulled it off and made the best of it.

I was there just 4 days before(Thera Santorini), it was WINDY as hell. People don't talk about that at all, heard howling all night lol...beautiful af though. Went to Athens before and then Chania old town in Crete afterwards. Highly recommend hitting Chania up! Beautiful views, spaces and food for way cheaper than anywhere else that I hit in Greece.💯
