Bro u can't expect Kolkata Tobe like Gurgaon,noidi or Navi Mumbai.... because Kolkata is a old city....so naturally u can't expect each & every corner of the city Tobe fresh & modern....bt yes KMC needs to focus more on the issue of cleanliness special on the north side...infact the whole country needs to focus more & more on cleanliness.
