Supreme court should give direction to centre and all states to ensure proper work safety throughout the country. Otherwise today it is calcutta. Tomorrow it may be some other place because entire country this is the situation. First let MCI abolish 36 hours duty which is humanly impossible. A doctor worked in previuos day and night how he or she will be to work next day?. What is the fate of patient coming to that doctor?.
