Today Mamta banerji writes to PM asking him to order the hanging of rapists within 15 days, clearly shows her pretense to earn cheap popularity among her people of WB. In fact, she has written this only because in this case the main accused is a Hindu. I bet if had this man had been a non-Hindu, the CM of WB would never had done so. She just want to put all the onus of her failures on shoulders of central govt.... Shame on her. But this has happened just because of laziness of central govt. in taking decision of using Art. 356 on this failed TMC run govt. in WB. Modi's failure has given this dirty chance to Mamta.
