This "law" is a disadvantage to all women. *This "law" would further restrict the freedom and choices of women.* Rape is mostly faced by women and initiated by men in India. Most women are the VICTIMS. Most men are the offenders. We need to punish the offenders and not the victims by restricting men's freedom and choices instead. *Forbid MEN from doing night shifts in the hospitals of West Bengal.*
