The best part is how he washes the 8 tumblers, one from another, so even if one tumbler was dirty or unhygienic it passes through the 8 tumblers! Then he drains the washed water to a black bucket from which he takes the water to wash the burnt mango that was in a bag. Then he takes a plastic bottle from the green bucket where that bottle was dipped and keeps it on the cart's counter and handles several times without his gloveless hands and puts it back to the bucket. The man is standing on the gully holes of the street drains. What better hygiene can you ask for?. Am sure it must be tasting like a heavenly nectar!!

Growing up in an environment eating food like these builts up tolerance, no matter how unhygienic it might seem to others. Unless the food has become extremely poisonous. It might be a health hazard to visitors, but to the locals, it's just a normal every day food you ingest.

It doesn't taste the same if it's made cleaner than this.... Am from Kenya and there is a street food we call mutura or u may call it African sausage as it's termed in high end hotels... But the fact it's prepared in not sooo clean environment makes it I don't know soo good... If u used to clean food and try it be ready with a drip and sick off
