1. Actually all the OSRTC Volvo buses stop for dinner break on all routes. I'm not sure why this happened on the Kolkata route. 2. They are provided with water bottles but the staff won't provide them until asked. They use it for themselves. It's a miss by the management. 3. The website is trash. Management is trash. I only travel in OSRTC when I want to reach my destination before time.

These buses were not bought under the LAXMI scheme, these are Shree Jagannath Express Buses which were meant to carry passengers from every district to Puri for Jagannath Darshan.

But I wonder why does Mega city Kolkata doesn't hv ISBT system like Bhubaneswar hv modern ISBT & Guwahati adding 2nd ISBT after the old one...Toilets, urinal, sitting area waiting areas for passenger, parking for cars, Bus bays etc are very important for passengers.

Bro i have travelled on 20 th december on osrtc Jagannath express bus from bbsr to Kolkata.. at 11 pm there is a dinner stop and also pee stop at 2 am , service from puri to kolkata is very good 👍 but they don't distribute water bottle ... When i return from kolkata to bbsr with Pradhan volvo b11r , there is no dinner stop ..it is very disappointing , but pee break is there also .. both dolphin and pradhan volvo b11r give pee break at same place at petrol pump 😂😂

Hi bro I am from Odisha. The govt. bus service is pathetic here. There is no proper booking system though Osrtc have their own app for booking but they are pathetic. And the staff behaviour in some of the Jagannath Express is very poor. Hope govt. fix these soon.
