What foot technique are you using? Is it flat heel down (jazz style, I don't know the name lol)? I struggle to go fast 32nd notes unless doing swivel technique. Also sick video btw! How you drum so well whilst simultaneously commentating blows my mind. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Thank you for the kind words. For faster stuff I do some sort of ankle technique but when I look at this video i do see a lot of heel down playing. Its a habit that happens if im using less energy because usually im playing rock music or heavy stuff
