Look at marineford war jinbei low diffed moria , he already knew how to deal with the zombies and knew moria short comings In wholecake jinbei know how to deal with katakuri mochi, jinbei has also show alot of speed feats , he can actually keep up with gear second luffy, in impel down when luffy went to attack Blackbeard jinbei speed blitz gear second luffy and stopped him from attacking Blackbeard. It was clear that luffy launched at Blackbeard first but jinbei was still able to stop him by blocking him which means at the time jinbei had to be faster than luffy to stop him. Jinbei also does not make wasteful movements, he conserves his energy and only moves if he has to. He has speed but does not display it for show.

People tend to look down/underestimate Jinbei strength wise. But have to remember that this dude was once the right hand of maybe the strongest fish-man Fishertiger, he then became a captain and manage to fight Ace back in the day evenly. The the feats he does and experience are not to be ignored, now Who's Who wasn't probably a good test for Jinbei. But people always imagine how much stronger Ace would be if he did survive and train in the time skip, well Jinbei is kinda in that category. I don't think his growth potential is as much as Ace if he was alive, however he is definitely much stronger then before. He didn't get a powerup like Zoro or Sanji so he probably is a little weaker then them now in the current chapters but not far off.

Then theres the Conqueror's armament haki ( which can also be purple along with many other colors, but im sure that has mostly to do with personality of the user. Or something like that.) Thats the strongest form of haki people can have. Literally 1 in a million chance you can have it.
