Just bought a gold oc6 - cut away with the fishman electronics.... Doesn't arrive to shop until early May. In the meantime I will play this review a couple of times a week, so good!

Fluid playing. It is kind of like a Meditative State to hear you play continuously. Nice & clear Demonstration of the Cort 06.

Sweet sound! what is difference between O6 and O8?

The main difference is the wood used. The O6 has mahogany back and sides with a macassar ebony fingerboard, whereas the O8 has pau ferro back and sides and an ebony fretboard. Mostly, everything else is the same. The O8 has far more elaborate ornamentation. The extra binding, fingerboard inlays, and rosette are all more intricate on the O8. All the other specs and dimensions seem to be the same but I'm unsure about the bracing.

Good day. I cannot find one of these locally to try. Just wondering if the neck is as big/wide as the Yamaha ls16 - which I find awkward; I am hoping it is not as thick. Also, worth putting an Anthem in? Thanks again for your wonderful playing in the demos.
