Funny enough, In UDG, the villain’s plan was to Make Komaru the successor to Junko. It also came along with (at least in the ENG VA) Komaru’s voice changing slightly. I know it’s not Canon, but I always thought that through all the trauma in the game, Komaru was slowly changing personality , fortunately it was just her becoming more decisive. Still I’m always tempted in wondering what a Despair Komaru would become?

Technically Toko/Syo have two ultimate talents while Komaru is normal. If their hypothetical child would have one, it should be something like Ultimate Gunslinger, just because Komaru uses a Megaphone Gun and she’s be getting pretty good at it.
