The others are Volvo and cat's meow. Not sure but cat would make those belly scrapers which are quite efficient and moving dirt but different from your operation. Speaking Gold Rush I do like when Parker found a spare 700 he bought took off the hoe end, and that guy Sheamus put a belt on top of it that takes dirt out of the cut saving rock truck trips. Still say you need a gold trap for the sand. Lol nice truck.

Hell it's cold here zero to below zero then warm up and next week be artic weather and a damp cold so goes right through the house seems like but had heart surgery and lung stuff but on blood thinners so no antifreeze in the body stay safe and warm and off the damn street some of the people don't know how to drive im up here where it snows every year but I don't like to drive anymore got a few million miles under my belt so i stay at home and on here are watching t v take care glad you gave the workers the day off just play it by ear like we do up here thanks ryan

Lever on the right side of the steering column is called the Retarder. Used for slowing down the truck when loaded, Especially when going down grades. Cab layout is the same as the larger Ridgid Komatsu trucks.

Awesome cab lots of controls, switches, levers, and guages for a simple haul truck. Seems like you would get a 35T adds 18% efficiency to that part of your operation vs. 30T. Your large excavator (of the ones I've seen) will load 35T with 5 scoops vs 3-4 scoops for the 30T. You only buy once but live with more labor for as long as you own it, have you done a comparison of how long the ROI is for a 35T vs. 30T for me if I wasn't moving /trailering the dump to jobs it always made financial sense to get a larger haul truck. I can't believe you got a delivery in that weather and you can expect this video will be banned by the SC tourist board shortly!! Ray

Nice rig, Mr Digg Modern haul trucks are pretty much a choice of who's engine and gearbox you want Park em side by side and they all look the same Terex machines (Motherwell, Scotland) are now owned by Volvo so pretty much the same as a Volvo Hyundai owns Doosan (formerly Daewoo) So pretty much the same machines Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr look the same as every other hauler. My personal preference is Liebherr but I don't have to pay for them And they also make aircraft landing gear And they're the largest manufacturer of mobile cranes in the world And bizarrely, they also make fridges and and freezers. Bottom line, it's who gives you the best aftercare that's most important. Good choice Mr Digg 👍

we run cat 740's and we got 2 of those komatsu 300's 3 or 4 years ago... they have been pretty good trucks... had alotta trouble with the break accumulators on one of em for some reason but we bought em used so what can u expect... good reliable trucks once we got em strait... the volvo u got is the industry "best" says everyone... i think cat's are equal to em personally... all our old 740's were tanks...not as fragile as these newer ones... with all there gizmoes...havnt tried any of the newer brands... you need a 40 ton truck to keep up with the 360 hoe though the little 300 is too small personally... the 360 and 2 40 ton trucks will move some yards....you runin on sand... you got the big hoe... your leavin 10 ton every round on the ground bud... 3 more scoops for that big 360... ur sand roads will hold it up for sure...all my opinion of course.... anyone whos anyone knows its always about how much it costs in the end anyways...volvo and cat just means more money most the time... they all get the job done...
