Colvin Z Yeah, Gamerblake would be far and away the best commentator if not for his lisp. The guy is really informative, gets hype, and he sadly sounds a little funny. But content wise, he's the best.

Sonicfox wins again hoorayyyyy[/sarcasm]. Look, I love this game and the amount of time I played was fun and all but I hate the balance and I just can't do it anymore. No support from NRS for a while because all they care about is the mobile game and MKX right now. The best characters in this game so far outclass the others that it isn't fair. I'm done watching and playing this game, and I'm done entertaining the idea that this game should be taken seriously. Thanks very much to KombatNetwork for holding down the fort and posting these only a day after WB9 ended, you guys are single-handedly the best part about NRS games right now (arguably better than the games themselves). I have my fingers crossed for MKX. If NRS gives us another game with garbage netcode or puts us in another "mobile version gets new characters and balance changes but the console title doesn't" situation then I'm just gonna have to say goodbye. When they released Darkside in the mobile version after they were done patching the console version I felt completely disrespected and invalidated, which is a shame considering that I was committed to Injustice at the time. I love the gameplay in MK games as well, but I think Fatalities and X-Ray moves are just kind of in bad taste and the balance in MK9 had the same problems Injustice had, with a small handful of the highest-tier characters dominating the entire roster. I tried to stop being mad and typing more and more shit but once I got started I couldn't stop. tldr; KombatNetwork is awesome, the rest doesn't really matter.

man i completely agree. I literally see NO injustice news ANYWHERE, im always so surprised to see this title at tourneys because the game just isnt being supported, even though i know people play it and i know its a good competitive game. and its such bullshit how any character can chain just one opening into a combo that will take your entire health bar. batgirl is so weak if you guess right, just how honeybee was doing early, but fuck when you dont its just unfair. youre right about tiers with this game, its not an s tier and an a to b tier, its literally a group of five or six heroes that can be played at tournaments because the others are just too slow or weak. no tiers just common sense, and its disgusting. im sick and tired of seeing aquaman and batman. where is harley quinn, where is zatanna. and its so much worse for the people that like this game because they are a fan of the comics because its not just characters with lore like street fighter, these heroes are almost real to us. batman superman wonderwoman but all we get is batgirl like wtf. i think the first evo tournament describes this game's developers perfectly, that a chump like kdz can beat hundreds of people and get first because he happened to learn the input buttons to laser beam with that broken ass superman. sonic fox did win, but because honey is kinda trash. i knew who would choke within the first minute, seeing him drop all those combos and miss punishes. so its fine, the better player won. but this grand finals just displayed how strong flash is and suggests that maybe other heroes are strong too. i just hope this game grows, especially with mkx looming.

I agree with you with you about all the Mobil game stuff. To get some of the best skins in the game your force to download the Mobil game and play for hours. In my opinion if they wanted to have it unlocked by doing challenges they should have had it on the disk. But as far as the actual character balance its not perfect but no nearly as bad as people make it seem to be. Sonic fox placed top 8 at every tournament he entered at winter brawl. And he won 4 of them. And came in 4th the other and 2nd with one. The kid is very skilled at all the fighting games he plays. I saw a batman superman green arrow batgirl and flash. Diverse between mid tier and top tier characters. You can expect with just about every fighting game. If batgirl was so OP you would see lots more of them but instead you see one player dominating with her. he plays every single character in injustice. But I agree the net code could use work. But as far as character balance its fine.

William Lopez Okay any character cant take your whole life bar with one opening. Yea a handful can with the use of intractable on certain maps and lots of times there resets. If you watched injustice a lot in 2014 around this time there was a zatana a couple Harley players and green arrows , ravens etc. And they were in to8 and very high in pools. Injustice in 2013 and injustice after the latest patch are two different games. He has beat sonic fox with pre and post patch superman twice. Hell he won winter brawl last year so he's obviously skilled. How is honey bee trash lol ? he's been at multiple top 8s too. This late in the games life cycle its going to be just like mk9 people are going to use the characters there committable with or the high tier characters.

+ShadowCoH316 I understand completely what you mean and no way am i an expert, i feel though that a lot of the pros don't have that much time to put into learning a fair few of the characters so they look for certain attributes (Specials, frame data etc) and then put all of their time into that chosen character resulting in a smaller character pool and more familiar set-ups. It has been a year since you've wrote this OP obviously but some of the pros have made KZbin channels and have showcased their abilities with various characters spread out through various fighting games showing abilities that any casual fighting gamer would love to have in their arsenal. I think for things to change considering the balancing of characters heavily relies on us as a community and with pro tournaments pushing alot of money into production value and publicity, casual gamers (me included) will feel more valued enough to voice our own opinions without having that "you're not PRO, you don't matter" stigma attached to it! But then again i'm not PRO so what do i know...HashtagSmileyFaceImProbablyADumbAss

People kill me how much the complain about batgirl and other high tier characters. We saw bane, LOBO, batman, superman, and green arrow. And people still choose to say this game isn't diverse. Almost every character have 50/50 in this game and also setups. But batgirls OP for having a vortex even though no one complains about sinestros vortex that does more damage.
