I sold Komeda a circa 1965 Gretsch drum set..around 25 years ago….He is playing a Gretsch snare in this video…but,not the one I sold him…

@hipsterpad JEALOUS! I really wish Beck did more concerts these days. I totally agree with you about mainstream music and it's path downhill starting in the late 90s. The first band I ever listened to was Nirvana when I was 8. I guess my musical taste comes from stealing my brother's iPod. Now, I just depend on stuff like Last.fm. Emos are pretty okay compared to goths :P

@hipsterpad Most of the best bands do come from New York. What I'm looking for now is 'garage bands' ; stuff that people recorded in their living room and just posted up online. I love that stuff.
