That's the key. Keep the communication up all game. Even if you talk to players that aren't captains. Be approachable. Tip is to give soft warnings on borderline penalties, but be stern on the obvious fouls.

Live just outside of fort wayne and hit many komets games a year....by far the best game atmosphere in the echl that I've been to. I will give props to Toledo...they do it up pretty good too
