I worked security in an NHL arena and used to have to escort the officials on and off the ice to their dressing room. From getting to shoot the shit with some of them, I have to say, NHL linesman and referees are some of the coolest, friendliest guys you’ll ever meet.

In regards to who you're actually asking about though, she's one of the ice crew for T-Mobile Arena. Skating causes the ice to get chewed up, leaving what is effectively a buildup of snow on the ice. During the three commercials breaks in each period, a crew is sent out onto the ice with shovels to remove all the snow that has accumulated during play. Most arenas use a crew comprised mostly of young, attractive women in tight clothing for reasons which should be obvious when considering the largest target demographic of hockey fans.
