This kid was involved in 3 major car crashes in 11 months. The 2nd one, his parents were at the scene before the police. This just tells me that his parents have supplied him with a nice supply of cars to go and ruin (or end) other people's lives.

I work about 2 blocks from this intersection. I drive through it multiple times every day. It is a controlled intersection with good visibility, never free of traffic during the day, and this was a totally dry, clear, sunny day. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for this severe of an accident at this intersection unless someone was driving at high speed with complete disregard for everyone else on the road. I'm genuinely heartbroken for the families who lost their loved ones.

The people who died were a 38-year old mom, Andrea Smith Hudson, a 12 year old boy, Boyd B Brown, a 12 year old girl, Eloise Wilcoxson, and a 13 year old girl, Matilda Wilcoxson. This info was made public over an hour ago. 🙏 praying for their families.

All of them were the sweetest, Buster was always energetic, Matilda was always happy to say hello, and Eloise was always smiling. The parents should be held accountable but the son also needs even more accountability. He is now an adult.... And it isn't all his parents fault. He is to blame for his actions! He is not a 9 year old or a 12 year old or even a 16 year old - he is 18 and is an adult and will be held accountable as such!

I live right by there. When the southbound lanes go from 2 to 1, people will race to get ahead of each other. The northbound lanes, it goes from 1 lane to 2 and people race to get past the slower drivers. I'm surpised there isn't more crashes in the area.

A vehicle should be revered far more than it is! It is a weapon.. a loaded gun ready to go off! And yet drivers who do reckless, horrible, selfish, stupid things while driving are often given the benefit of the doubt and allowed the freedom to continue driving. Someone who owns a gun on the other hand is held to a higher standard.... If someone who owned a weapon was reckless and shot rounds off in a public place purposely then they would be charged with a pretty gnarly charge on top of probably losing their ability to own and use a gun I believe. Yet an adult with a car can get into multiple accidents over the course of 11 months where it was undeniably his recklessness that caused the accident! It wasn't a chance of events and something minor like accidentally thinking the person in front of you was going on a green light and accidentally rear ending them leaving minor damage.. NO, this guy admitted to speeding and even if he hadn't there was evidence that he had. Why was he allowed to continue driving... To continue using a wrapon after showing that he would use it improperly - putting others at risk of serious bodily harm! If someone had a gun and was reckless they wouldn't be allowed to continue going into public places and shooting it off at people. This guy didn't have an accidental crash - he was knowingly SPEEDING! He put the 'bullet in the gun and aimed it at innocent civilians'! Regardless of his intentions, he still decided to do an incredibly dangerous qnd illegal thing that at 18 he knew could very easily kill someone yet he did it anyways! If you own a gun and you want to try to practice shooting an apple off of the top of a person's head and you idiotically think you can do so especially without that other persons consent and then you wind up shooting them in the head taking their life... Well, you'll be vharged with murder. It doesn't matter if you never intended to kill them. I'll say the analogy again, Chase put the bullet in the gun and aimed it at innocent civilians.. he may not have meant to pyll the trigger but the gun still went off and it resulted in the horrific deaths of 3 precious children and a beautiful mother. 4 wonderful people who are now in shallow graves and who will never get to go back home to their loved ones!

He thought he was invincible and as my driving instructor always told me was that yes a licence is to drive, but it was also a licence to kill……this young man survived and he will pay for his mistake, but he should have had his licence taken off him from his previous crashes!!!, he has destroyed so many lives and his lawyer then states “it was a dumb mistake”!!!!!!!🤬🤬😪😪

This wasn't an accident.. It was a crash/collision. Accidents in the auto world are stated as incidents that can not be avoided. Crashes, on the other hand, can be prevented. In this case, he shouldn't have been driving that fast in the first place. Given his driving history prior to this, why wasn't his license suspended? I don't believe it was ever mentioned during the reporting.
