Yes. Quite sharp to my eyes.

I have a pair of these and they are probably my favourite binocular, but the case I have is very a very cheap and nasty nylon job, which offers little protection, can you suggest a better case?

Sorry, but I don't have any suggestions other than anything that fits both it and you comfortably. I never had a case for mine. I know that you don't want a case intended for most 8x30 or 7x35 binoculars since they may be a bit undersized. The 7x30 BPOc is a bit oversized for its objective size. Perhaps something for 7x40s like the I.O.R. Valdada would be a good fit. Otherwise, any case intended for 50mm binos should work, though they may be a bit deep. Let me know what you come up with if you pick a good one so that I can get one too.😊

@@davidlytle3974 having been spured on I have sort of found a mens tactical sling pack on ebay for a massive GB£11, I already had it for carrying ham radio gear in but it is a pretty good fit, there is some extra depth in the main compartment which I lined with a 1cm thick flexibale styrofoam sheet to add padding. If I can work out how to send pictures I will let you have some.
