Kona 2024

Another trip to the Big Island to celebrate Anthony's birthday! We had amazing encounters with the dolphins on several dives, saw some of our favorite fish we don't typically see on Kauai (chevron tang, reticulated butterflyfish, black morph longnose butterfly) and came across an incredibly rare hybrid fish thought to be a bird and sunset wrasse! Unfortunately the north swell kicked us out for a few days allowing us the time to explore South Point, Volcano, and even a beautiful waterfall. On the last day we went on an offshore adventure and had an epic encounter with pilot whales and manta rays, then finally got our tiger shark at the very end!!! What a great trip!
