Wow: VERY close call against the boss "Drigger"! Also, the boss "Doyle" looks like Krang's Exo-Skeleton Body, with Power Loader Mechanical Arms. I guess it's Konami's way of referencing "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" & "Aliens," two properties to which they also made arcade games for! Also, the boss "Sledge" looks like one of the TMNTs! Awesomely epic playthrough on the hardest difficulty level! Nicely used tactics & strategies! Thanks for sharing!

I think my favorite part of this playthrough was in the train levels, when you came across the piglets. Just seeing you pick them up and watching the piglets turn into footballs was hilarious on its own.

I became aware of a "2nd loop" to this exclusive for the japanese version: you must complete the game on one credit and it's known as Violent round which has different colored backgrounds (level one is at sunset), and harder enemy placements among other things (one scene you only have 30 seconds to complete it)

Wade always kind of reminded me of Chaz from Phantasy Star 4. Nice run, I love this games humor and style.

Man, it steals from every other side scroll beat em up at the time (Final Fight, Streets of Rage, Double Dragon), but then again has pretty much love for detail. Red Fredy fallen of the roof, while fighting the end boss, who's name is "Geld" (german for "Money"). LOL. Also the music is sooo Konami and Turtles in Time. The voice overs are pretty good.

the third in the crimfighters trilogy from konami, has also great music on this trilogy tradition, but this one is more on Pop style and with lyrics. Reminds a Little bit to the tunes of TMNT beat'em ups.

Herman Efendi right! vendetta is the sequel to crime fighters, and this one is the sequel to vendetta. vendetta is a graphical evolution to crime fighters, and violent storm is a graphical evolution again, of course playability too. first CF is 87 or 88, second (vendetta) is 90 and this one is 93. but if you think about it payability system is the same: 1)jumping is a combination of buttons, not a dedicated button like in capcom or other companies brawlers. And 2)you have different buttons to punch and to kick., these 2 features in the fighting system, are common in the 3 games of this konamy beat'em up trilogy. making it a traditional style beat'em up system (konamy style, of course), but in comparision, very different to for example to the fighting system and moves of bucky'ohare, X-Men and of course both arcade TMNT games.

Great playthrough! I miss this game very much because I can't launch this game on emulator (I use Final Burn Alpha because MAME sucks and unfortunately this game works only on MAME).

I have managed to run this game on MAME. Works great only sometimes sound screws up and when I try to record this with Fraps game slows down (maybe this is fault of my CPU, Pentium D 915 2,8 GHz LGA775). This game is extremely difficult even on easiest!

@@ajronmejden This game was actually hard back in the day. Just because an expert makes it look easy, it does not make it so in real life. I played this game for years in a bowling alley. It took me about 50 bucks worth of quarters to master it. Nobody could beat me at it.
