This is a must do mod for any c6 zr1. It really changes the underwood look and maybe helps cooling a tiny bit.

Wiggle the loom bundle closest to the headlight going into the fuse box that has your pump line going in there. That might get your ic pump started.

Yes I heard the relay pop doing that. I think my problem maybe a combo of airlock on pump and bad wireharness.

It’s doesn’t matter how the hose ran to lid. It all does the same.

My stock LS9 always shows a 20* delta according to my dash logic. Does the cover still fit around the SC lid?

I don't think it will without modifying due to bleed screws

My kong bricks and the outlets came in but where do I buy the hoses and shrink wrap ?

The hoses you can find off the "zr1 cooling" video on youtube and shrink wraps. They worked great. Gates makes the shrink wraps. Just remember you'll need 2 extra in a bigger size for fill tube. Think it's 7/8 but I used 1 inch wraps. They barely shrunk enough to work. And you'll need the y connectors which are in that video too.
