Only 3 gallon IC coolant total capacity too, high flow dual in out on HX works better then most trunk tanks with single in out HX and 6+ gallons without ice. IAT2 hold 14F max of a iat1 iat2 delta before and after pulls. Hood closed full heat soaked.

Is the radiator still very secure with the upper support gone. Im in the middle of plumbing my intercooler system, and contemplating removing the support altogether for more space for hoses. I unfortunately don’t have my radiator dropped like you, only subframe spacers. I appreciate any insight!

the rad stays in place, without issues. that plastic upper piece is merely a shroud cover to make things look clean and cover the top of rad to keep air from escaping and diverted into rad. I replaced it with that insulated metal barrier. It stays upright because of upper hose and other stuff attached to it.

If the coolant passes through the system too fast ICTs will be higher but sure you know that

Yes you are correct..the 3/4" dual pumps only flow about 5-6 gpm each. Some use a much larger EMP pump but has to be reprogrammed slower or higher depending on system characteristics. Higher speed on the EMP pump can cause excess line pressure (30-40psi) and can burst cores. So yes slowing things down can be a good thing.

John, My name is Bob W and I loved you'r engineering to your car. Your spot on with your cooling system. Is there a way you might be able to provide me a one-line drawing of the cooling circuit as I would love to copy your system into my 69 pro touring Camaro as I just bought a LA9 Supercharger and cooling is the name of the game. If I can provide you my email address I would be even happy to pay you a fee for the drawing, just the same as you did with names of products and items used. Let me know your feeling on this and again great system!!!
