hello I have a problem were A3 keeps getting jammed, it is like the machine is trying to pick up more paper than it needs to or more paper is getting picked up and sending thru but here is where the problem gets, i only try to print 1 paper and the second paper that goes with it, jams the whole thing. Anyone understand what i try to explain or have had the same issue?
