Merci bcp je suis technicien konica et quand je suis arrivé les livreurs ont dit que « le système d’agrafage faisait du bruit c’est normal » alors qu’ils avait allumé la machine et laissé la barre en métal remonter totalement sans monter la partie plastique dessus

yes it can. i recommend you purchase the paper catch tray cover otherwise it will be messy when prints come out. reach out to us for pricing and avail.

Push the sense of fingers in while you're pairing the machine on way for the bracket to come down then open the front door to finish it stop it for going back up

Hai,i have removed my stapler unit from printer but still printout comes through inner tray and stuck at stapler unit joining section .Where can i change in printer settings if i removed my stapler unit from printer ?

you need to remove the inner transport unit. you can't run the machine with it if you don't have the finisher connected otherwise it will jam each time. Also, when you remove the transport unit you need to install a catch tray which im sure you don't have readily available. you will need to buy it otherwise you will have a mess when all the copies come out.

What can I do if my machine bar has moved to the top without the tray on please

you will see 3 black plastic arms behind the metal bar. turn the machine off, use 1 or two hands to push all three of the arms in and power the machine on. hold the arms until the bar has come down several inches below finger and immediately open finisher door to stop the bar from raising. now install the tray

Hi, We all appreciate the videos, it's just some of us take the time to like and subscribe. I have a Q. I have a couple of silver screws that have come loose in front of tray 2. They are stuck in the tray riser guides- if that is what you call them. Two of them came out and looks to have come loose from the inside and jammed in the verticle guide. Thoughts? how would I take the panel off to investigate. Thank you
