The waters projection was incorrect because the primary beam included the whole skull instead of just the face. It also included the neck which is unforgivable. Radiography has been done very poorly for a century with no sign of improvement. The main problem seems to be an inability to collimate which is related to the centering point method which is deeply flawed. What should have happened in the '70s was a change to a different system of positioning which I call 'collimation based positioning' which can be seen in my video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoiUmGOLi7R6p5I and an unchallenged error in understanding the geometry of each projection kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4O3aKqmhL-godE
