We can't blame the rain..As this was obviously expected, we should have prepared ourselves.. stopped the work well in advance prior to monsoon.and proper drainage system should have been a priority...that is proper planning and professional work.. causing inconvenience and wasting public funds is becoming a common scenario nowadays..🤦🏽‍♂️
