Insane that Valeri is so bad he couldn’t teach her to even decently do a D+ dismount yet she’s able to quickly learn them well enough to stick them for collegiate… just shows how awful he is with modern gymnastics

1000 percent agree. I cannot believed she switched to WOGA after the MANY abuse allegations regarding Valeri and the fact that his best gymnasts (minus Rebecca Bross) somehow end up with constant back injuries. Sure enonugh, thats exactly what happened. Her family should've stepped in and not allowed it. @@elenajoseph6630

Her arms remained at full extension through the entire catch and swing down. There's no deduction for slowing down to control your glide out.

It wasnt perfect but that doesnt mean it's not an ncaa 10. Like when you can step on a vault and get 9.9/9.95 a deduction as subtle as catching a pak salto too close is of course within the realm of non-deductible. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In an interview from September she said it was the plan and head coach Jay said he would work with her to make that happened but she hasn't said anything about competing elite in 2024 so far.
