Supplementary info/LN changes (long comment warning and another KonoBakuen character reference.) The LN says Kazuma’s exact Lvl: 17, which is still less than Aqua’s, when she revealed it in S1E9 (Lvl 21.) Kazuma was actually buffed by Aqua in the LN and this was still his third death, unlike the anime giving him more. This LN gives more info on the divine relics, that people can use them besides the specific person, but it’ll be toned down and that Eris warns that reincarnated people might be hunted for these items. A cut gag where Darkness threw his corpse to a corner for safety, but a monster started to drag him away, so they tied him to a heavy object (also he was revived later and not immediately, because Aqua was lazy and didn’t want to revive him again if he died again.) Megumin foreshadowed the punch and her watching from the side, after saying that she would look after Iris, so she was fine with Iris getting punched. Claire, the second bi woman who’s a lolicon in this series, with Cecily from KonoBakuen being the first and now you know why Claire is so overprotective/strict and loyal with Iris (they also buffed Claire in the anime, because in the LN, Kazuma monologues that he prefers Claire’s body, but Darkness is more well endowed and the bath illustration shows this.) Megumin was on Kazuma’s back, instead of standing around (though, they made her do a notable JoJo pose, so I don’t mind it.) Since Claire’s house and full name hasn’t been mentioned by now (it’s been two episodes/chapters and I don’t see another point in the story for this to be mentioned), she’s from house Symphonia (the houses are counterparts, with Dustiness being the Shield, Symphonia being the Sword, and both support Iris’s family/Kingdom: Belzerg), so her full name is Claire Field Symphonia. When I mentioned Alice from Combatants in S3E2’s comment, they made Iris’ (Kazuma’s) scenes here, look even closer to Alice’s in the anime with how they sit and a similar zoomed in facial expression.

If this wasn't a comedic anime, I would expect Kazuma to go thourgh a punishment so severe that it sends him into a depression arc and ultimately allow him to move on from his perversion But this is a comedic anime, they can't go too dark, so I honestly don't know how they can handle that other than brushing it off or if the timer thing happend right at the end there so Kazuma don't actually get anything

Novel sometimes went pretty far (for comedy) to the dark side, but it seems that anime tends to avoid it. Like if you start to think why this necklace was gifted to royal family this whole plotline will become really dirty and unpleasant. And Kazuma can be truly brutal, he literally left some people with PTSD in book

Yeah, kazuma gets a free pass because funni Rudeus didn't Actually I think Rudeus only interaction with women was seeing romcom ecchi animes, because there is no way he could get horny being 9 years old and only stole underwear because he could. Difference between rudeus and kazuma being one is a minor and other one is a middle aged man in a minors body. Kazuma is a loveable asshole who always take the opportunity to perv but he never actually gets to pass the "oh hell no" barrier. For rudeus,show skirt around with his past trauma,immaturity etc,giving him a new start,then eris relationship happens in s1 to sylphie relationship in s2. Both of the shows deal with two different things. So comparing both and people's reactions to these two is kinda meh.

yeah no you are straight up spoiling things, not hinting. luckily (!) kyle already got spoiled. Chris is an Eris follower, Eris is shown previously being sad over "small breasts" without Chris being around. You can explain these otherwise if you didn't know what they lead up, it's not extremely obvious hints. Worse part is reveal is not happening for some more seasons so its not even a "this season" spoiler.
