I first realised after maybe 2 episodes when I watched an interview on yt and thought "wait, that's luffy's va" She had a pretty different, more creepy and deep voice as turbo granny's real form. Later on when she becomes the cat, her voice becomes closer to luffy's

I came with the same whiplash again recently but in the other direction, watching Yu Yu Hakusho. Listening Mayumi voicing Koenma immediately took me back to chibi Luffy and I had the sudden epiphany it was the same VA.
