This song still gives me all the feels....thank you to that guy who introduced me to this song in the early 2000. Best thing he could have ever done!

I love how much the crowd is loving this, it only enhances the power of it.

Caught them here in Va Beach and he stood up on his piano keys and jumped up and down on them while playing "I Woke Up in a Car"!! They were crazy good live!!!!

I think that it's great that the crowd sang along because he rarely plays this song, so I'm sure the crowd couldn't resist. They were probably so excited and were dying to sing along.

I saw a show in Ft. Lauderdale and on top of jumping on the keys, they turned the lights down low and lit the top of the piano on fire!

This sounds so much better live. Although I've only listened to this song twice I want to cry for this Konstantine. And, yes, I hate the Crowd. But no judging here, if I 'va had the luck to be there I would have screamed my lungs out :'D

The show was actually at The Boathouse in Norfolk VA, which is now closed, but is just a stone's throw away from the beach.

Really? Cause, I have a different take on it. Think about how amazing it to have all these people who love this song so much they've all memorized it, they're all singing it. We live in this world where people so rarely get along about anything. Try to get a room of people anywhere to agree on anything. It's actually incredibly moving to me, thinking about how music brings people together. This is a beautiful song and these people for one shining wonderful night became a part of it.

I like how people get annoyed when the crowd sings along, (including myself) but i'm sure if you were there it would be close to impossible to not sing along.

The crowd needs to shut up...this is the best vocal performance I've ever heard of this song from him because his voice has developed so much. And instead of hearing it in all its glory, I'm stuck listening to stupid people who won't shut up and listen!!! You know the lyrics? Good for you, so does everyone else...for the past several years we all have known the lyrics. Let the man sing.

Well he went through Chemo and has had a new band since then, it is only natural his voice sound a little different.

Bone marrow transplants cause you to basically die without dying and all your cells become brand new. This includes everything in his throat, vocal cords and all. Sometimes it messes with your speaking/singing voice. I also hate crowds screaming inappropriately!
