When I create library by klc also i am getting 'The patch encrypted and cannot be loaded unless the respective library is registered properly' (but I am able to run the same in another laptop) is it due to authorization in computer or antivirus?

Little extra tip: to get the artwork for that library, you should get that file -> 1057.Custom.Kontakt.Nicnt.And.Wallpapers.2015.11.18.spiggy.rar
