Last month I was fooling around with some very old samples, found myself experimenting with SIPS and thought of him and felt genuine gratitude. I didn't know he'd passed (been a long time since I was a regular on the forums), very sad to hear. He's absolutely remembered.

Some fantastic tips in this video, that fake velocity using a LP filter is a great idea and even if you have 3 or 4 layers, it might still be interesting to make use of it. A great story about the Piano and why you sampled it, the final patch sounds nice but, I would have brightened the whole thing up a bit with an EQ on the output. Great video.....ps, you look like Peter Hollens, youtbe his name if you're not familiar.

This is huge. What a tutorial! Unfortunately, I was looking for faking round robin for a drumkit. That script is then of no use.

One issue I'm having with this fake RR script is that whenever I press the sustain pedal, play some notes and then release, I can still hear them and they won't cut off as they should. How do I fix this?
