Lot's of good clips, that are mostly VERY disappointing. Because you cut the end off at least 2 seconds before you should way too often. Finally NOBODY watches these to see movie clips of Star Wars or Clint Eastwood. Let the audience react and stop wasting our time 2 seconds at a time.

The bridge mismatch wasn’t really a mismatch. That’s actually how you want a mating structure to be. It will be jacked into compliance and thereby prestressed. It’s similar to the mismatch of the St. Louis Arch.

If I remember correctly the St Louise arch was a temperature thing. The sun was heating the steal panels causing them to expand and be out of alignment. I'm not saying you are wrong about the bridge, I just don't think it's the same problem as the arch.

As far as the van with the falling racks are concerned.. the doors are swing doors and pretty sure they had no room to open or close them until they were out of the area they were in. Meaning they were open before the truck backed in to be filled. Coming from someone whose workplace dock doesn't work well with these doors, it's a pain to work with if the driver doesn't know how to go down a slope with them open on a full truck.

26:25 That crane was called Big Blue, a bunch of people were killed in the accident. It's not the animals fault if you watch it climb or chew on things and film it rather than stop them.

You can hear Big Blue's kingpin snap in the video. That was what caused the failure. Supposedly, it was caused due to a hidden fault in the kingpin. It was something which only doing an x-ray would have picked up.
