More common issues. Antifreeze reservoir and level sensor are good for about 300,000 miles.

I have a question if you don't mind. If talked to kenworth till I'm blue in the face. I have a 14 t680. I'm using about 8 gallon of dpf to a tank of fuel. That's why to much. No codes. Both filters have been cleaned. It's a paccar mx-13 epa 13. I've changed just about every sensor I can think of. Both nox, Landa, bost, both back pressure sensors. The temp sensors as well. The fuel doser in the DPF doser as well been changed. Would you have any idea what I should do.

I have a 2020 567 manual transmission with a paccar mx13 and my fan spins freely. Do you know if that rule about the fan clutch/disk applies to the never models?

I have a 2015 Pete 389 with a Paccar MX13. My truck has 545,000 miles. I have no problems with it in the winter, but ever since its got hot out 100 plus degrees in Nevada, arizona, new mexico, texas I have blown holes in the sleeves coming off the radiator hoses twice in the past three weeks going up hill through the mountains. It was hot out I knew that, the truck was under load, so I was taking it slow creeping about 35mph and it still blew holes in the hose sleeves and dumped all my coolant on the ground immediately each time. Each time the coolant temp was only reading about 215 degrees when it did it, the thermostats seem to be working ok and the fan comes on when going up hill but this has still occured twice in three weeks. Can anybody give me any insight or experiences you may have had similar to this???

All big rigs have the similar problems. I Carry extra belts and tensioners, different size air lines and fittings along with bulbs and miscellaneous electrical items. And a well stocked tool box. Nothing worse than being in the middle of nowhere on a hot load late at night or a weekend with a broken alternator or fan belt.... Since 2007 every time something on my trucks broke that I was able to fix myself I always got two of whatever it was. Always had one ready for the next time..... It might cost you a little up front but it's going to save you thousands at the end.

sorry I didnt go throught the whole vid... but do you have the recall engine mount on this engine.. the belt issue with the idler and the a/c compressor issues was fixed with the belt rerouting and the new recall engine mount with the slot cast into it for the re routing of the belt. and there is a different belt
