I usually have a dps with a geared tank os in the group and we use a 3 tank strat. 2 tank earthbreaker up the hill as far as possible so the groups don't have to worry about a fraction of the abilities. I'm always the main tank on harom, I will take him up the hill with his back facing down the hill because ashen wall spawns right in front of him. When it comes up I will run through harom and the wall and turn him back around just out of the reach of the wall making sure each wall is parallel to the last one. as you can imagine with out a loaded down area it makes this encounter a thousand times easier. I am a bdk btw and I have only ever wiped on this fight once because the other group got to close and the blobs fucked us up. Anyway I hope this helps. A tip for the slimes. Warrior's can still bladestorm them down, and that generally melts all of them. Just requires a little positioning.

My guild uses the tactic Fatboss used for their HC kill (3 tanks, 3 healers and 4 DPS) and we kill this boss with pretty much no hassle whatsoever. If anyone is still having trouble with this boss in normal I highly suggest you look at the HC video for this tactic. It basically means splitting the bosses up and taking Earthbreaker up the ramp towards the next section with 2 tanks and 1 healer while everyone else is on Wavebinder. TW/hero at 25% to counter theirs.

The Ashen Wall targets the tank that is tanking Haromm so you can place it far away from the raid how the wall spawns is from the center of the tank then equal distance from the left to the right coming from the tanks arms. Also if you have a spell reflect you can reflect Kardris froststorm bolt.

the ashen wall can be positioned.... it gets cast across his shoulders, so if you can always face him to the outer edge of the room, you wont have walls in your raid... making more space :D

You can use Ancestral Guidance to make any spell with a cast time under 10 seconds instant as a shaman if you take the talent.

You should try out flex, it's a lot of fun, it keeps all the mechanics of normal and is slightly easier and much more casual friendly.

The storms also can spawn on pets and minions as well. We have a lock and hunter in our 10m and it seems like the poor hunter cat, Steve ALWAYS get targeted. Warlock's pet not AS much.

We have noticed with our guild that even melee can go and kill those blobs easily, but you have to go in there after they have spawned on ground. They haven't killed our melee while moving, the only problem to us has been the moment they hit ground and if people are near it.

its not a DPS issue, our dps are doing about 275k each. we managed to down it with 3 healers and 3 tanks in 1 try. none of our dps has a healing os so we are not able to use this strat again unless we bench someone

nope, more players in 25 man, however, if 1 guy die in 10 man, you could be screwed however in 25 man it doesn't really matter if 1 dies

3 tanks is Only great on heroic on normal it aint a problem at all with 2 tanks. Just waste of dps tho and make the kill take longer time...
