KORE vs. Anson - Which belt will win your waist?

I'd say Kore is top of the class and a must have for edc. As a belt this is the most comfortable belt I’ve ever owned. I call it the big lunch test. You eat a big lunch you have to loosen your belt. This belt allowing you to get some breathing room like no other belt I ever had.

Yes Kore does make a great belt buckle that is sturdy and won’t break like the competitors. I’ve used many ratchet type belts only to have them rip from the belt. But the Kore clamp and twin screws make it a lot more secure and the gun belts are much stiffer for better support.

Oh yea; these buckles are heavy duty and are built to last. The way they secure to the belt takes all the guess work on how they will last.

So far I'm really liking my new Kore belt. I used to use a Bigfoot leather belt that had a steel band core. It did sag a little and had the classic holes for adjustment. With the Kore belt I love being able to a adjust 1/4 inch at a time and it is much stiffer than my old belt. It's a high recommend for me.

In full discloser I am a Kore customer and have 4 of there stellar holster belts and more recently I bougth the shooting sunglasses too and they are also fantastic. There fashion belts are nice as well. I did have an Anson belt and they do have a better box but thats about it. I dont wear them anymore.

I’m in agreement so far... I have a set of sunglasses and 2 wallets on the way from KORE. Can’t wait to try them out and report back

Kore is hands down better carry belt. My anson belt is not designed to support more than a cell phone. My Kore belt is a beast that holds anything I want.

Kore makes a seriously good belt. Does everything they say it does and does it very well. The adjustability makes this belt very very comfortable carrying or not.

Are the straps cross-compatible with each brand’s buckle? For example a Kore strap on an Anson buckle

The official answer is no. However I just tried the Anson buckle on the Kore and it fits but VERY tight. Not sure I can lock it down all the way. The other way around (Kore buckle with Anson belt) should fit but it would be very loose. The hex screws would help so it MAY be okay. Not sure I would trust it unless you really tightened it down well.
