Beautiful cycling vlog mindy ,nice riding thru the green forest of cherry blossoms and bamboo forest bike trail. The drone visuals are nice. I Can't believe you forgot your repair toolkit ,but at least you brought the air pump. Mindy is a cycling rocketship at 05:04 to 05:45, making the miles seem like nothing🚴‍♀️🚵‍♀️🚀🚀 I like the closeup of mindy's eyes and forehead when pondering what to order and eat. Mindy do you no longer need messi park since your using a drone for your video shots and footage? Mindy what chainring and rear cassette gear do you normally ride in? Pretty flowers near the end.😮 Mindy have a great week. It makes me want to get out and start cycling thanks to you.😊

Funny… I broke my collarbone in Korea while riding my bicycle there. I walked back to the apartment where I was living. I left the bicycle and called my friend, to help drive to the hospital when I went into surgery to get pinned.

2023년에 구례 근무하면서 출근 전, 후에 자전거를 매일 탔었는데, 지금도 너무 그립습니다. 아름다운 섬진강 자전거 길_ 라이딩 후 라 플라타 커피숍에서 먹는 애플파이 😊 너무 그립습니다.

벌써 뜨거운 여름 같네요! 5월인데도 ㅋㅋㅋ 구례하면 산수유 마을이 유명하다고! 서시천 자전거길을 따라서 섬진강 길로 빠지는 라이딩 일정입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 오늘 얼음은 필수! 바막은 패스! 공구통은 깜빡! 펑크나면 사고! 하나씩 빼고 오는 민댕님 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 물통은 2개 가져갈 수 있어서 좋네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 라이딩할 때 도로 양쪽에 나무가 있으면 그늘도 되고 그림도 되고 좋습니다! 벌레 날아오는 거 빼고 ㅋㅋㅋ 암튼 가봅니다! 섬진강 대나무 숲길! 대나무 숲길 사이로 섬진강이 뚜렷하게 보입니다! 찐이고 굿입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 지금 대나무 숲길 사이로 바람이 들어오니, 바람은 시원! 맑은 섬진강 물밑은 청정입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 귀여운 두꺼비 다리를 지나 섬진강 300리 벚꽃길을 신나게 달려갑니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 섬진강 자전거길을 따라오면 사성암 근처 식당에서 에너지 충전? ㅋㅋㅋ 신선하고 깔끔한 반찬! 직접 만든 순두부는 고소합니다! 혀가 데일만큼 찐맛집이네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 자전거 여행을 하다가 만나는 숨은 맛집은 민댕님에게 힘을 줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 멋진 코스에 맛있는 식당은 최고입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 해발 531m 오산 정상에 위치한 사성암의 경사도 높이는 자전거가 아닌 자전차로?! ㅋㅋㅋ 바로 입구컷! 빠른 포기가 정답입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 바로 섬진강 자전거길로 고고씽~ ㅋㅋㅋ 이팝 나무도 이쁘고 디저트도 먹었고 기분 최고 민댕님 ㅋㅋㅋ 최상의 기분일 땐 댄싱을 보여줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 정말 시원한 나무 그늘! 달리는 맛이 와~여기가 천국 아래 구례입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 귀여운 수달 서식지 생태공원! 수선화를 비롯한 꽃들이 가득합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 오미마을 안에 운조루의 타인능해! 오늘 여행지랑 또다른 느낌을 주네요! 암튼 민댕님은 제기차기를 못하는 걸로 ㅋㅋㅋ 아름다운 풍경과 역사와 전통이 숨쉬는 구례 오미마을! 섬진강 자전거길은 일품이고 명품이였습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 먼곳까지 수고 많으셨습니다! 두분^^

분실물에서도 펌프를 잊으면 펑크하면 곤란합니다 항상 뭔가 잊어버린 느낌도 언젠가 신발을 잊은 적이있었습니다 편안하게 라이드도 할 수 있어 맛있는 요리도 먹을 수있어 최고입니다 식후 밖으로 나오면 기온도 올라갑니다 얼음도 먹고 MAX입니다 나무 그늘을 시원하다고 느끼면 봄답게 라이드도 즐거워집니다
