I think you missed Song joong ki. Arthdal chronicles was averaging 6.5% and the drama was a different concept with some different kind of world building which you only see in Korean movies and not drama. All the other drama he acted in was also very successful.

I am sorry but i feel like a lot of people already point this in your previous video but when you are talking about rating, you have to take into account that national network and cable channel are different. It is unfair to treat them in same way. Under 10% rating for national network like kbs, mbc, sbs is actually pretty low while more than 5% rating for cable channel like jtbc and ocn is already good.

That's only relevant if it's 5 years ago 😢 10% rating is very high on both types of networks now. If you look at the rating range these days you'd notice that even public network Kdrama hardly go over 5%... (excluding weekend dramas of course) Though for networks like channel A, TV chosun and ocn 4% is big already yes...

Jealousy Incarnate was my introduction to Gong Hyo Jin. It was something else. One of my favorite romcom series. I was thinking about Lee Byung Hun. Because Iris was a phenomenon. It is still one of the best action kdrama to date. Everyone was watching it. Even it's sequel, Athena: Goddess of War, was amazing and I discovered Cha Seung Won who is equally brilliant and could pass as Lee Byung Hun's brother tbh 🤣
