I lost count on how many times i watched this MVM and cried every time. The beautiful chemistry between IU and V portrayal of a great love between two people who fight to the death for their love. My favorite part is when they get married. I hope that once V returns from military service , he and IU make kdramas and movies together. Both are incredible actors 💜

연기처럼 사라진 그들이 간 곳이 여기보다 더 나은 곳이라면? 다름에 대한 차별과 혐오가 없는 곳 (자세히보면 사랑을 노래하는 그들에게 얼굴없는 관객들이 야유하고 있음) 웨딩드레스와 턱시도같은 사랑을 증명하는 진부한 격식이 필요없는 곳이라면 그들의 사랑이 이긴게 아닐까? 그러니 이 스토리는 새드엔딩이 아니라 해피엔딩일수도

The cube is eliminating anyone with disability, IU can't speak, and V is blind in one eye. So whatever the situation as long as you are with someone u love, u will always be happy, no matter how short that time period is.

I dislike how people have assumed that this is targeted at people with disabilities. It's obviously set in a dystopian world. At no time is it indicated that the cubes are targeting any specific group. The whole world is in shambles. It doesn't show "normal" people living happily in a regular world. It shows a whole world in smoke. Abandoned buildings everywhere. So until there's an official statement saying this is meant otherwise, please just don't make improper assumptions. Also, for all we know, it could be V that is also deaf and can't speak.

@@Ankit-uv3yp i think the reason other person angry because some korean neziten use this interpretation and twisted in saying she's making fun of people with disability and they shouldn't exist in the normal world, also the cam showing them without disability make them albeist. That was completely misunderstood view,, twisting and taking things out of context...i also think this is improper interpretation and IU mentioned this song written for uaena so i think iu being mute and taehung one blind eyed is a metaphor for something.

I cried the whole day, it was so beautiful and the song was perfect for all the mv IU voice is so beautiful she is the best femenine singer in Korea Taehyung is such an amazing actor, V and IU are incredible together, they are amazing, I cant remember watching other couple being so perfect in screen, WE NEED A K DRAMA WITH THEM the best artist in Korea IU and V

Trust, EVERYONE cried with this masterpiece of an MV. The scenes that really got me was the wedding photo booth (UI and V cheek to cheek!?!?) and the final part when they held each other were about to die together. Definitely KDrama feels with the both of them. Imagine the both of them in a KDrama??? Geez! Loved your reaction!

IU is and will always be the KPop Queen.🔥 The song is simply beautiful. The Song kind of reminded me of Love Poem, I don't know why.🤔 The MV is so good that I think it's a strong contender for Best Music Video of 2024, even if the year has just started.😅 A deep dive video about the meaning of the MV would be really cool. They really have a good chemistry together and acted so well too. I literally cried every time I watched it. Kudos to the director for making the short film so beautiful. I hope IU and V will be in a kdrama after his military service if his time and availability permits it because it would be waste if not.

Yeah most of us cried 😭 it's so sad! 😭😭 This song, the lyrics and IU's voice is so touching. This MV is truly one of the most beautiful and well done videos i've ever seen in so long. And we got actor Kim Taehyung back! Both did it amazing. Their chemistry is really good! They looked so cute 💜 One music video is not enough we need a drama! The pile of clothes also reminded me of BTS' Spring Day MV and it's meaning and now thinking about what IU has gone through in life made me really emotional

By far my favorite album of 2024 is IU's "The Winning". The 2nd Gen legend in fine form, as always. ARTMS' "Dall" and aespa's "Armageddon" are a couple of other favorite albums of this year.

IU is deaf and V is blind in one eye. not sure if i am right but it is either a representation of an apocalypse or the rapture. the ending scene where she covers his good eye so he can not see the end coming is so powerful. simple incredible song and video.

설정 자체는 아이유가 귀머거리에 말을 못하는 설정이고 뷔가 한쪽눈이 안보이는 설정이 맞는듯 안그러면 영상초반에 뷔가 들을수있는데 아이유가 굳이 수화를 할 이유가 없음 뷔가 보고있는데 수화를 한다는건 아이유 본인이 말을 못하는게 맞는듯

I see cube as people whom want to put down others whom dont fit in cube-people standars. And everyone of us can think - am I one of those cube-peoples who are behind that screen (V is hitting)? When you use your "cube" and write/ read comments - what you find there? Sorry my english and greetings from the north edge of Europe And... Christian Bolanski: Each piece of clothing was deposited on top of the mountain pile, symbolically carrying the “souls” of those who inhabited the clothes to a “higher place.” In this work, the mountain was an eternal afterlife of sorts, where every individual rests after death.

You know the director and everyone involved created a great video when it can make it's audience emotional. It's one of the most beautifully sung songs I've ever heard and combine that with great acting and cinematography and you have this masterpiece. I hope they will collaborate again someday. Keep up the great reactions!
