After living together in a tiny one-room apartment in Korea for 5 years, we finally moved into our new Seoul apartment in February, and thankfully have a bit more space :) We've spent the last few months carefully furnishing and decorating our new home--which actually 'feels' like a real home this time around :') We're SO incredibly grateful to have been able to move into this place, and we couldn't be happier with it.

I kept thinking, “that’s so clever!” Whenever you showed things you did to hide unsightly stuff, or the storage that pulled double duty in way of both form and function. You can tell Sarah put a LOT of thought and vision into the design of your new home, which is soooooo much better than your old place! I think it’s a ringing testament to the strength of your relationship that you didn’t kill one another while spending 5 yrs. in your tiny one room studio apartment. Every time I’d watch one of your videos filmed in that space, I felt how claustrophobic I would feel if I lived there, especially during the long winter months when forced to spend so much time indoors. I’m pretty introverted, and seriously need some time alone everyday, particularly in the evenings. Having a bedroom apart from the rest of the living space would literally save my sanity! Your new home is so pretty, and livable! Congratulations, you two for making it happen. I’m so happy for you!

Thank you! We definitely did take a lot of time searching for the perfect pieces that matched color-wise, and that physically fit alongside other furniture. It was pretty frustrating at times, but we’re so happy with the result ☺️ It was worth the long journey 😅

I really like seeing regular adults doing house tours, people I can relate to. Cause I'm single, I had roommates until I was about 25 and I when I finally had my own place I appreciated everything so much. I haven't taken as much care as decorating my place as you've done yours, but I did make a lot of changes in kitchen appliances, like a proper Japanese rice cooker and Nespresso.

A lot of old building. I live in Portland, OR and there is a phone on the wall for speaking to visitors and buzzing people in. It doesn't even work most of the time! Luckily it's in the entryway and I can't see it from the living space well, so I don't have to cover it.

The house looks really great and I love how you decorated it. If I had to choose a favorite place it would be the veranda/sunroom because like beemo I need sun time and sometimes I like bird watching. But honestly you both should have a good sense for aesthetics. If I had my own place and had the money I would love to choose someone like you guys to be my interior design consultants.

Thank you for your home tour. Everything you have incorporated in to each room looks very welcoming, comm and loving. Love all the cat details especially the hanging one over the wash machine. I have heard a lot of comments from friends over the years that nuteuel colors are so blah. Thank you for providing them worng. I grew up in Ohio where each room was a different color with some even having wood paneling. When my family moved to Texas and built a house, the walls were all white. My sister's and I loved it. As someone who loves decoration and enjoys spending time on apps like 오늘의집 or visiting places like Ikea, this video represents, for me, 30 min of pure happiness 🤗 Your home is very cute and seems very cosy! I think you did well by selecting neutral colors for your place. As regards the plants, it doesn't matter that they are fake because the result is really pretty and it gives a great ambiance to the rooms. Kyuho, you did a really great job with the table and the dryer stand, you can be proud of yourself! I also think you guys were very creative with how to hide the outlets and the other devices. You could try finding a cutting board that is the same size as your sink or have one made to give yourself extra counter space by putting it over the sink when prepping stuff! :)
