You guys have to try the best bread there! Its more a loaf though... Like you buy it as a loaf hahaha I think it was called 크림빵... maybe.. I just know what it looks like. They sell it by the loaf, and it has a creme inside of it, similar to the twinkie creme but better, it's called 생크림 in korean. Maybe it's called 생크림빵? LOL I don't know but you guys have to try it! Its super plain looking but I think it's the best one there!

***** European is a very broad term, all European cultures do not have the same desserts/pastries/food. We are different cultures with different tastes. Which makes us varied, because eating at a cafe in Russia will not be the same as going to a cafe in Sweden. (personally I prefer French and Danish pastries, because those are for me the tastiest!)
@pellemckruth407010 жыл бұрын
***** Eastern European is still European. Europe is not just one country; it is a whole continent with different cultures and influences, especially when it comes to food. Which is what I am trying to say; judging all things Western and European based on limited knowledge from some countries is kind of pointless...because there is a big difference between them all.

Walnut pastries are amazing. Also, Simon and Martina might have already found out, but 호두과자(hodoo-gwaja, walnut pastry/snack, literally translated) has been there for a lot longer than Cocohodo franchise. Pretty much all highway service areas have had them for example, so it has been something Koreans are familiar with and loved for some time. It's just a lot easier to get them whenever you want now that Cocohodo opened shops all over Korea.

@MiztaPanda That depends on where you are. When I was still living in New Hampshire (I recently moved) my sister dropped a $100 bill on the floor at Wal Mart, a half hour later she came back for it and it was still there. Now we live in Tennessee and she forgot her wallet on the counter at the checkout desk, also at walmart. She walked away and about 3 minutes later noticed her wallet was missing and went back for it but it was gone. Growing up in NH things like the $100 story happened often.

There is a Tous Les Jour in the H Mart here in Houston. I feel so blessed! My favorite is red bean buns :) I also buy the sesame buns on occasion. Also, was that a Korean sweet potato cake?! OMG Korean sweat potatoes are the BEST! We eat them plain. :) I am surprised on how much sugar there is on all the pastries I have watched you guys eat (and explain). I was always under the impression Koreans didn't eat a lot of sweets, my mother in law does not care for them herself.

I love your videos, thx always. :) But I wanted to say, as a Korean, that I would ever never recommend Paris Baguette to anyone who wants to eat proper bread.
