I’m surprised you don’t poke holes in the sweet potatoes! I’ve always known to poke holes to allow steam to escape! I guess so they don’t explode🤣🤣 but anyway this looks so good, planning on making this week with chicken breast! 😋 thanks for the recipe/idea!

I used to poke holes but saw a chef just bake as is and now I always do it haha ENJOYYYYYY FRIENDDDD!🥳
