Delicious cuts of pork meats cook to perfection. The pork belly is my favorite but unfortunately, they're not as healthy. I was surprised he torched the meat pieces to char them further, even thought the grill looked extremely hot to me. Thanks for sharing your video.

How are you holding up there, Marie? Pork belly has been my all time favorite as well. We Koreans usually eat em with chopped garlic, onions, green onions put all together in a leafy veggie wrap called 'ssam'. It kinda reduces my sense of guilt 😂

Sorry for the late reply, Assia!! The iron plate tend to get greasy and sticky as time passes that's why he pours hot water!! Cuz water and fat don't mix together :)
