I love how you show that you use all your ingredients and have such innovative ideas for using the leftovers and projects that don't go the way you'd planned.
Instead of having one block of cheese that melts and comes out in one stretch, maybe slice the cheese and hot dogs into sections and alternate the pieces on the skewer.

My Italian grandmother used to make what she called "Pizza fritte". Essentially fried bread dough that we slathered in butter and cinnamon-sugar. Batter here is pretty much the same thing. Awesome stuff.

I watch K-dramas and K-reality shows in which corn dogs are a frequent food. Jinny's Kitchen is one in particular that made a LOT of corn dogs. So, I was loving this and then you had the genius idea to use chocolate. That looks amazing!

I thought those potatoes were Captain crunch at first. That would have been so much better in my opinion. Although it might be better to grind it up and use it instead of the panko. i tried this recipe last week! it was really tasty but it was almost impossible to coat the sausage with the dough. the dough would pull on the sausage too much and take it off of the stick. i guess i need more practice...
